You can use it for Commercial & Non-Commercial projects without asking the Rights Holder(s) permission.
You just have to quote "the Artist Name" & "be-tunes.com".
Offering music tracks for free is the choice of more and more Artists to become famous.
Be tunes give you access to all that music for Free. We do exactly as Artists do for their creations. You only have to quote "the Artist Name" & "be-tunes.com" to use it.

The only obligation you have is to quote the Author(s) / Performer(s) name in your project and to quote « be-tunes.com ».

For an internet radio it is quite simple cause you can write it on your website, no need to have specific audio files to name the Artists and « be-tunes.com ».
For an "Audio Radio", you will have to quote the Author(s) / Performer(s) name and to quote « be-tunes.com » before each play which is quite complicated but possible.
